The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.Job Description:Working closely and assisting category manager to define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targetsRetain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the categoryContinuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive vis-a-vis the marketIdentify, establish and grow other local strategic partnershipsRequirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in related fieldPrior working experience in handling category Lifestyle (Home living, books, stationary, etc) or Fashion (Men and Woman) in other e-commerce is a plusPassionate in coaching, mentoring and team managementFluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skillsProven experience in strategic partnership roles, with a demonstrated track-record of developing, cultivating, and successfully completing a strategyPossess strong business acumen and commercial savvinessSeasoned external and internal stakeholders management skills
